The problem with the Patriot Act is being used for minor crimes in the U.S.. Also the "sneak peek" strategies were the government feds can just barge into your house without you even knowing or the use of any warrants and have any access to any records. The authorities have to much power and violate the first and fourth amendment. Our soultion is to abolish this Act or amend it and it would work best because no citizen would feel comfortable having someone listen to their cinversation on the phone when their not part of a terrorist group. Also having the government search your house and you not knowing is violating your privacy rights.
